  I don't know how people can actually make a reservation because every 3 or so months I will call or visit Casa Verde and they either don't pick up the phone or the door is locked. Extremely annoying.

  The service was good and professional. The food was served hot and quickly. The veal melted in your mouth! Even the leftovers were delicious the next day! This place is a hidden gem!

  Excellent food in a historic building. Not my first time here, but we recently came for an early Saturday evening reservation, and by the time we left it was packed, highly recommend making reservations. The garlic bread with cheese was fantastic and we had a small plate of the gnocchi as the other starter. The gnocchi was melt in your mouth fresh! We both had the lasagna and it was SO good; fresh tasting, meaty, and the sauce was perfectly balanced. Also shared a plate of chocolate mousse cake, quite good. If you live in the Durham Region, this is a must visit restaurant!
