  Amazing customer service! I needed a same day cake order for a party as another placed has canceled, and they were so accommodating. We couldn't even tell the cake was allergen free and it tasted fantastic! Definitely a score!

  Went to this place the other day and ordered 12 mini cupcakes for $22 only to get home to find them stale like a brick, my son would not even eat them
  I called the store 2 x and got no answer and emailed them. When I got no response I posted about my experience
  Then I finally get an email from the owner stating, " Should you have called me directly to resolve the issue rather then venting online we could have fixed your problem" so in other words she does not care that she provided a bad product and will not fix the situation
  
  I will never return to this place again and thankfully there an many other vegan/organic restaurants in that area so I don't need to go again
  
  Don't waste your money here as it's not worth it
  Horrible customer service and below average food quality

  Great Food, the desserts are to die for! Every time we go there the variety just getting bigger and better. You must try their Crepes and Paleo Bread!! The girl who owns it is supper friendly and knows so much about allergy free eating. Every time you start talking to her about the food or new ingredients her eyes just light up, you can really see that she live and breathes food and pastry, such a rare gift!

  Best Gluten Free products hands down! We have been at both locations for lunch and it's fantastic. The food is authentic, real and full of flavour. Their pizza is to die for. My husband also bought a cake for us this weekend and I must say it was the best cake I ever had. Keep up the good job!

  Very pricey. For two dessert items it came to $15 total! I understand it is gluten free, but unfortunately the desserts did not taste very good. The chocolate mousse cup was grainy, I suspect they use a packaged mix for the mousse. The other cake was stale and not sweet at all, just tasted like wheat. It had some flavourless heart shaped mousse on top.
  
  There are many more bakeries out there that have higher quality vegan and gluten free desserts.
  
  The man serving us was very friendly and attentive. The store was also well stocked with gluten free packaged goods.
  
  But I do not recommend going here for the baked goods.

  I'm happy that you and your bakery are doing so well. I am curious to know more about the award for best bakery as I unfortunately didn't see and posting of it in store and it is not mentioned on your website. Why would you not advertise that?
