  These people remember the quality that is necessary for food to taste good. Definitely over 1 star better than Tangerine. Their white rice is not broken or cheap like others. The chicken dishes definitely has more taste in it as opposed to tossing precooked chicken pieces in a sauce and reheating. The house fried rice was delicious as well as the mixed vegetables and shrimp. You actually get some good fresh vegetables and shrimps and the sauce only accents the freshness of the vegetables and not carries all the flavour. The outside staff is super friendly. I hope management keeps the chefs and staff and keep up the good cooking. Everyone at work who ate their food was pleasntly pleased by the better tasting food.

  Took my 4 year old son and wife there on Friday March 10 2017. Food was incredible, just like the service. The waiter was able to make tasteful suggestions that turned out to be exactly as he described. Try the chilli chicken dry style, Singapore noodles and Mango salad, with a hot&sour soup. Best Hakka in Ajax is the legend.

  Been to the scarborough and mississauga locations and this is the best one. its actually hard to believe that all three are the same restaurant because the Ajax location is so much better. The food is always fresh and flavorful and i really hope it stays that way. Customer service is also amazing and great ambience. 5 stars!
