  Went there with my family (total of 7 people) took 20 mins for the first waiter to come ask us for drinks another 20 to get drinks, by then we all just agreed we were ready. Then took a whole HOUR to get our food. When we did the frys were cold and sad as they werent crispy and they were very under cooked... all in all 3/10 as the best part was the burger i got that was actually a decent burger but not enough to save the meal as i could have eaten at least 4 of those since the frys were gross. (Black pepercorn burger was what i got)

  I've been here with family several times. The staff are usually excellent. What earned this Kelsey's such a low rating is that the last time we visited, there were flies everywhere. And I mean everywhere - upwards of ten, and that's just around our booth. We spent more time trying to keep the flies off of us and our food than eating, which worked out well because none of us were very hungry after that. This is the first time I'd encountered anything like this here, but it was gross enough that I absolutely won't be going back. In the summer, a few flies are inevitable as come in from outside - it happens. But in the dead of winter? I don't even want to know what sort of conditions were letting them propagate that much inside the restaurant.

  Food is good at this location, better than a lot of others. Only complaint has been that a few times service seemed slow, but by in large the staff and service is usually pretty good

  Food was awful. I asked for a medium done steak and I received a piece of leather with no spice or flavour. Service was bad as well there was just one waitress that was focused on talking about her personal life with her drinking buddy at the bar.

  We were there with a large group so I understand the logistical problems but dinner took 2 hours to be served. We were served our drinks and then we sat for 2 hours while food come to people at our table in dribs and drabs. People were finished while others were waiting. Service by the waitstaff was pleasant. The food at Kelsey's has taken a turn for the worse. It is nothing more that warmed up processed food. Their once great wings are on the same level as those you buy at a grocery store and heat up at home. It's a shame. $21 for 15 wings, $5 for a fistful size (10 fries?) poutine...
