  They never get my order right. Something is always wrong or not enough. The fries are brown, soggy and cold. I ask for fresh fries but because it's McDonald's I shouldn't have to all the time. I don't except the medium fries to be over following full but I don't expect to be getting small fries proportions when I order a medium.
  
  I always recommend others to go to any other Mcdonald's but the one on Kingston Rd. in Ajax.

  My order was taking longer than usual, and was removed from the order board. I let the manager on duty know, and they had my order of 6 chicken Mcnuggets, medium fries (no salt) and water ready there after. Good customer service, good location and great to see lots of seniors here reading; building relationships. Glad they offer WiFi here so can save on my data plan.

  Food tasted fine, service was horrible though, got like a pinch of lettuce on my McChicken. Some employee are rude and some just stand around. Employee doesn't even apologise when confronted about their mistake.

  Waited 25min for 2 Happy meals and a salad. When it was finally ready I said I now needed it for take out because I waited so long. The girl loudly sighed and rolled her eyes. Yup. excellent customer service.

  Very busy at lunch , but they got most of our order right!
  Friendly counter staff and hostess.
  Altho garbages were overflowing.
  Good experience overall..
