  Having patronized Smokes for years since it started in downtown T.O., I can without a doubt say that the quality in the Ajax location is not even remotely close to that of downtown locations. Maybe not as much care is put into the food here, but my pulled pork poutine had very lightly sauced chunks of pork, NOT what "pulled pork" is supposed to be. My wife had a traditional and couldn't finish it because "the gravy and cheese tasted weird". Step up your game Ajax. There are too many good food options in the GTA to slack when it comes to quality. For now, I'm gonna leave my poutine purchases for when I'm downtown.

  Nice poutine chain... Although not all are the same. Service is nice and friendly too. Food is what you expect and for the curious it is fun. If you are hungry you will get your fill for 9 bucks. I have been to 2 places and although about the same, the quality and topping amount can differ slightly. Overall good fun lunch.

  It is beside the corporate office. Love that they opened this place up because before it was only the corporate office. They have all 3 of the companies in the same store, the burrito, hot dog, and fries store. Very good food! service is fast and the hours are great as well too. It's never really busy in there as well so thats a big plus

  Just had steamies and French fries- take out. The French fries were burn't, hard and seems they were reheated in dirty oil! The hotdog buns were broken and stale... being from Montreal, I know steamies and fries.. it peeves me that they try to pass this off as food. I suggest that you do not serve to customers what you would not eat yourself!
  I do have to say that I have had take out previously and it was fine.

  I love Smoke's Poutinerie, but during this visit we ordered hot dogs (from the Weinerie). It took an extremely long time for the dogs to be ready, and they didn't have any regular buns, so we had to have pretzel buns.
  The food was delicious, however.
