  Swiss chalet isn't quite what they used to be, but for average chicken with sauce at a decently high price they are nice. This location is definitely one of the better ones.

  Terrible experience, I placed an order online 5 hours in advance and paid for it, I cam at 3:20 when my order was supposed to be done to find out that they totally missed it and I had to wait for 10 minutes .. those guys need to understand that customer respect/service is more important than food, if you do not know how to do it you do not deserve to be in business (they apologized only after I told them this is not acceptable)

  the take out employee spoke
  way too fast. and they were out of the new macaroni which was disappointing since it was a promotion. her attitude was not very condusive to me coming back even though i was a repeat customer. bye bye swiss
