  Stumbled upon this place when we were driving through the plaza. My friend lives right up the street and he didn't know it existed either. Have been back 4 times since. Awesome place to go for some asian food and bubble tea. The basil chicken fried rice is some of the best fried rice I've ever had. The bubble tea is on par with most other places but Chatime has the edge on them here. It's still pretty good though...especially being in Ajax!

  Amazing food, for a reasonable price. Get the rice platter w/ pork chop, it is really tasty, truly Vietnamese food, and for a fast eater like me, it fills up my stomach. Also, order the spring rolls; they are crunchy, and tasty.

  Food is excellent, establishment is tidy (except for hallway to restrooms), and workers are friendly and efficient. Wide menu at great prices. The tapioca for the bubble tea is always fresh, and I mention this because some places have tough/hard tapioca, and that's no fun.
  
  However, waiting times for orders can be worked on. Every time I've been here, there's always at least one customer who has been waiting for their order longer than they should. It can be their bubble tea, bubble waffles, or even their hot dishes, but someone is always slightly inconvenienced by their wait time.
  
  I suggest more workers, cooks, and/or equipment to lighten the load for customer orders. This place is only going to get more popular, so having more people present would help. You buy a plunger before you need one, right?
  
  A decent 4/5, would recommend (off-peak hours)

  We had the general tao chicken, sweet and sour pork, passion fruit black tea and the hazelnut bubble tea. Everything was really good. The bubble tea was perfect. Highly recommend the hazelnut bubble tea.

  Great food great dessert! This ace has got it all in one. Has a wide menu to choose from, has great serving, and delicious food! For a tiny dessert shop like this you can get just as full then as you would be in a buffet! Loved this place!
