  Great staff. Fast service. Hot coffee unlike few other Tims where I've gotten colder coffee. My daughter loves their birthday cake timbits.

  The workers was just rude, I was making an order at the drive-thur clearly saying that I want a combo sandwich, in which she just ignore my order, I can hear her walking away from the speaker or something. She didn't even ask what bread I would like and she just rush me by saying go to the window. At that moment I was annoyed already. When I got to the window telling her I ordered a combo, she say “oh you need to order a donut” so I did. Well, all I can say is she charge me everything separately, and I'm not going back to that one.

  Stopped in to buy just a tea before work about 5 minutes to 4pm today, and had to wait 10minutes. I don't know who was working there at the time but I could hear mutliple employees through the window loudly chatting away and wasting time while people were waiting for their orders. There were only 2 other cars in the lineup at the time. There should be no reason a customer should wait that long. Management is blind to not care about lengthy customer wait times especially while employees are joking and chatting away on duty. This is a joke. If you want better service I'd say go to Paneras, infront of Canadian Tire.
