  If there was a no star option I would put no stars for this location. I went there late last night thinking I would get good veggie burgers cause A&w has really good ones but the girl I spoke to said she turned off the grill and only had chicken and beef burgers. Please don't offer me beef or chicken if I ask for veggie, there is a reason I asked for veggie and didn't ask what else you have.
  Two things; first I thought it was 24 hours... two why would you not have your grills on (she said they were being cleaned but I work at a restaurant and you don't have to turn them off to clean them. It's called being lazy). Also i dont think it tajes 20 minutes to turn on.
  Customer service here is not good at all. There wasn't even an apology for not having the grill on or being able to make veggie burgers. Very disappointed and do not recommend this location to anyone!

  Poor service. Never coming back here. After finishing work. I thought i should have some good food. So i thought of stopping buy at A&W. Even before i was about to order. The employee said they only have buddy burger and mama burger !!!!! I was not left with any option. So i ordered mama burger combo with Rings, but the employee said they only have fries!!!! Because she just made rings and they have to go in the fridge. So she cant fry them!' I was surprised and dissapointed. why you guys even OPEN 24 hrs if you guys dont have products to serve customers...

  I always use the drive-thru. Always efficient staff, friendly and fast. Don't know why but food here is better than Ajax south location. Don't forget to get your Petro Points card too when you order!
